What this policy covers

This policy covers the TutelaRx marketing website (tutelarx.com), the pages you are reading now. It does not cover the TutelaRx product itself. How the product handles data is governed by each practice's service agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

What we collect

• Basic analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free web analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic: pages visited, referrers, and general performance. This does not identify you personally.
• Forms. The only place this site asks for your details is the demo booking calendar (see Demo bookings below). The free log kit downloads with no sign-up. If we add an email sign-up for kit updates, it will ask for your email only, and we will use it only to send you those updates.
• Demo bookings. Our demo page shows HubSpot's scheduling tool inside a frame. HubSpot sets its own cookies inside that frame and collects the details you enter to book a time, under HubSpot's privacy policy. If you would rather not use it, email us and we will book you by hand.
• Emails. If you email us, we keep your email so we can reply.

What we do not collect

This website does not collect or store patient health information (PHI). Please do not put patient information in emails to us or in any form on this site.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site and reply to you (for example, our hosting, email, and scheduling providers), or when the law requires it.
