These terms govern your use of the TutelaRx marketing website (tutelarx.com), operated by TutelaRx. Terms for the TutelaRx product itself, including service levels and the Business Associate Agreement (BAA), are set out in each practice's service agreement.

You may browse this site and contact us about TutelaRx. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Content on this site is provided for general information about TutelaRx and is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It is not legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Product descriptions may change as the product evolves.

Pricing shown on this site

Prices published on this site are our current list prices. Monthly prices are per practice, per month. Prices may change with notice. The terms that govern a subscription, including its price, are set out in each client's agreement.

Intellectual property

The TutelaRx name, wordmark, and site content are the property of TutelaRx. You may not use them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutelaRx is not liable for damages arising from your use of this marketing site.
